Riceland Parboiled Rice 500g / 17.6oz

A special version of rice is parboiled or – as it is also called – pre-steamed, opal rice, which is pre-steamed while still in the shell (this is the parboiled process) and only then is it peeled, thus ensuring a higher nutritional value. Although its color is initially brown, it turns white when cooked. It is impossible to overcook, the grains never stick together. It is excellent as a side dish and looks very good in cold salads.
