Spicy, piquant mixture contains, among other things, white mustard seeds, coriander seeds, chili and fragrant herbs: basil and marjoram. When ground together, these spices are excellent seasonings for meat dishes, stews, steaks, sauces and vegetables. In the mill, the seeds are filled whole, and the additional spices are dried in flakes, fibers or crumbled, in order to best preserve their aroma.
