Mustard flavor is a real classic when it comes to flavoring pork – regardless of whether you cook it on the grill or in the oven. Although it is recommended primarily for pork and beef, it also enhances the flavor of poultry. Rustic mustard made from grinding white and black mustard seeds, garlic and chili peppers form the backbone of the spice marinade. Our product does not contain added flavor enhancers and monosodium glutamate.
It is recommended for ribs, pork legs or beef, but it also harmonizes perfectly with poultry. It can be used immediately after opening, there is no need to add oil to the meat, just mix it thoroughly with the liquid marinade and marinate for the required time.
