Suggested use for 2 dl of cream: 1. Before use, cool the cream for at least until 3-4 o’clock. 2. Pour 2 dl of cream into a mixing bowl, sift in a small amount of powdered sugar, and beat with an electric whisk first on low and then on high until it becomes soft foam. 3. Add the foam fixer to the soft whipped cream, then continue beating until the desired hardness is reached. Be careful not to overbeat the whipped cream, as it may lose its foamy consistency and fall apart.
