Primarily used for the preservation of fruits and vegetables, it protects against browning. Tartaric acid added in the right amount during canning has an acidity-regulating effect, which ensures the development of the desired sour taste. Dosage: according to taste: 0.5-2.0 grams of fruit per kilogram. Vegetables and fruits treated with Haas tartaric acid retain their juicy taste, fresh color and crunchy texture. Tartaric acid supports the functioning of antioxidants. The maximum daily intake is not limited. It can be used instead of lemon to flavor lemonade or tea. Suitable for winemaking purposes.
