The packet contents are sufficient for 1.25 kg of fruit and 0.5 kg of sugar, producing 1.75 kg of jam. With Haas Quittin, your jam can be quickly prepared and remains rich in vitamins. It is crucial to first cook the fruit with Quittin and then add the sugar. Thoroughly wash, pit, blend, or crush the fruit, then measure it. Mix the Quittin well into the fruit puree. Bring the fruit and Quittin mixture to a boil over high heat while stirring continuously. Add the sugar to the boiling mixture, mix well, then bring to a boil again and cook for 5 minutes from the point of boiling.
