Haas Chocolate Pudding Powder 40g / 1.41oz

Gluten-free, natural chocolate flavor, using cocoa powder and chocolate powder. The content of the bag is enough for 1/2 liter of milk = 4 servings. It can be prepared in 3-4 minutes.
Mix the contents of the bag with 5 dkg of sugar (approx. 3 tablespoons) and 8 tablespoons of 1/2 liter of milk until there are no lumps.
Add the rest of the milk and bring it all to a boil while stirring continuously.
Pour the pudding into molds that have been rinsed with cold water and leave to cool. Once the pudding has solidified, it can be eaten immediately.
Pudding powder can also be used to make a delicious cream! In this case, boil the pudding powder with only 3 dl of milk. Add 5 dkg of butter and 1 egg yolk to the cooled pudding, which were previously mixed until foamy. The cream prepared in this way is suitable for filling cakes and pastries, but it can also be eaten on its own.
