The Haas Quittin gelling agent, specifically developed for making apricot jam, ensures that your jam is quickly prepared, rich in vitamins, and remains spreadable with a vivid color that is preserved over time. Thoroughly wash, pit, blend, or grind the fruit, and then measure it. Mix the Haas Quittin gelling agent into the fruit puree. Bring the fruit-gelling agent mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Add the sugar to the boiling mixture, stir well, then bring it to a boil again and cook for 5 minutes from the point of boiling. Fill the thoroughly washed and drained jars to the rim and seal immediately.
