To prepare, start by whipping 200 ml of chilled cream with a small amount of powdered sugar (or vanilla sugar). Once the cream begins to thicken, gently add the contents of the stabilizer packet and continue whipping until the cream reaches the desired firmness. Use the whipped cream as usual. Tip: Sprinkling the cake layer with stabilizer before filling can help prevent creams or jellies from soaking through quickly.
