With the Dr. Oetker Expressz Gelatin fix, you can now make your favorite cakes and creams even easier. The Expressz Gelatin fix does not need to be heated: just mix it with the liquid and it’s ready! No soaking, no heating, knot-free!
Suggested use:For the yogurt cream: 200 ml of whipped cream, 125 ml of yogurt, 50 g of powdered sugar.
For curd cream: 125 ml of whipped cream, 250 g of curd (broken), grated lemon peel, 1 bag of Dr. Oetker Vanilla sugar, 70 g of powdered sugar.
For the mascarpone cream: 200 ml of whipped cream, 250 g of mascarpone cheese, 70 g of powdered sugar.
Dosage:1 bag of Express Gelatin fix corresponds to 1/2 bag (5 g) of ground gelatin, or approx. For 3 sheets of gelatin.
Important:Expressz Gelatin is used to make fixed aspics, bind other liquids, or not suitable for fresh pineapple, kiwi, figs and papaya.
